In this case study my demographic is going to be teenagers.
The things that a teenager likes to to do are going out with their friends and doing their personal hobbies for example playing sports, gaming and shopping however different people like different things so some people may like going to school for example. The dislikes of teenagers are usually going to school, doing homework, having to do chores around the house.
Sitcoms
Sitcoms
The sitcom I have chosen is Gavin and Stacey. The reason I have chosen this sitcom is because it contains many funny jokes and appeals to the teenagers. The reason Gavin and Stacey appeals to teenagers is because teenagers want to see what sort of problems people come to face in the real world and find it funny because they are over exaggerated in the way they have to or have chosen deal with these problems.
For example when Nessa is giving birth, Smithy and Gavin race against the clock to get to the hospital but get stop to pay the toll. They don't have enough money so they break through the barrier then get stopped by the police because they didn't pay. This situation is funny because the other agrees they did the right thing, but wont stop talking. This clearly frustrates Gavin and Smithy, but they don't want to be rude and drive away from the police officer.

They then tackle the problem causing havoc and funny situations which they then have to fix as well. When the programme finishes it ends with a them resolving the problem and completing circular narrative once again.
